Domestic Return Policy

At Boostert, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless return and refund experience. We believe in a lenient approach and do not charge customers for returning faulty products.
Unique Policy: We take pride in crafting our unique return and refund policy to cater specifically to your needs. This policy is not copied from default templates or other websites.
If you have purchased a product from Boostert and find that it's not a suitable fit for your needs, we do accept returns, even if the product has been opened. However, there are specific steps and conditions to be aware of:
  1. Return Eligibility:
    1. All return requests must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.
    2. Prior to returning the item, it is necessary to obtain pre-approval by reaching out to us through email at support@boostert.com or by using the "Contact Us" page. Simply sending back a product without prior contact will not enable us to process the return.
  2. Customer Responsibility:
    1. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the product.
  3. Refund Calculation:
    1. Refunds will be calculated as follows: The total order amount paid by the customer, minus any shipping and handling fees (if applied), minus a 20% restocking fee.
  4. Refund Processing:
    1. After processing, refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in the customer's account.
    2. Refunds will be issued to the credit card or payment method used in the original transaction.
Please note that any shipping costs, including those for the initial shipment, are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these return and refund procedures.

International Return Policy (Outside of the USA)

The term "International" encompasses all countries located beyond the borders of the United States of America.
Please be aware that all international sales are considered final and, under no circumstances, qualify for a refund.
Partial refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis but it will not exceed 30% of the order value.
For international orders, it is important to note that lost items are the responsibility of the customer, and only packages that have been damaged during transit will be eligible for reshipment.

Order Cancellation

Order cancellation or change requests can be made within a 60-minute window of when order was placed. Order change or cancellation cannot be guaranteed if the request is received during a recognized holiday, or outside of business hours (8:30am to 8pm GMT+7). If you would like to cancel your order, you must send an email to support@boostert.com before the order is shipped. Once an order is shipped, the sale can not be canceled.
NOTE: Please keep in mind that purchasing means accepting all the terms mentioned above.

Multiple Refunds and Multiple Items Refund Policy

To prevent fraud and safeguard the integrity of our return policy, Boostert has implemented the following guidelines:
  • Return Limitation: Boostert allows customers to initiate returns for up to 2 items per purchase. Should a request for a refund be made for more than two items, customers will be provided with the option to get new product resend.
  • Protection Against Abuse: In order to maintain the trust and fairness of our return policy, Boostert reserves the right to decline any return or refund request if a customer has previously exploited this policy. For instance, if a customer has previously returned a product and subsequently attempts to initiate another return, even after using the product, Boostert retains the authority to reject any further return or refund requests. This policy is applicable to returns associated with the same order or any new orders. The decision to refuse additional refunds or returns after an initial refund has been granted is entirely at the discretion of Boostert.  

Refund Requirements

  • The product is Defective, Damaged, or a faulty item.
  • The customer can provide pictures or videos clearly illustrating the problem with the product.
  • Refunds can only be applied once we receive confirmation that the package has been delivered in its original condition to our origin warehouse.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or process refunds for cases where the customer has changed their mind or simply dislike the products, as such products become non-reusable once handled.

ETA of Each Step

  • The instructions for sending your package will be provided within two business days after your return request.
  • We will notify you within five business days of receiving your return to confirm the refund's approval status.
  • The refund will be processed within 10 business days upon approval.
Exceptions: Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
